When will my order ship?
For US customers,the prior shipping mode is Fedex/UPS/DHL
Handling Time: 2-3 days
Delivery Time: 4-7 days
We ship UPS ground from our super-secret warehouse in California. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information from UPS so you can follow its progress.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order 2 weeks after estimated delivery, please contact Customer Support for assistance. Shipping delays related to COVID-19 may impact orders and we are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
We’re pleased to offer free ground shipping on domestic orders $69.99 and over. For orders under $69.98, international orders, and expedited orders, shipping will be calculated based on the order total and its destination.
Do you offer International Shipping?

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS
Yukooljewelry products are durable, convenient appliances designed to make your life easier and more fun. While our products are long-lasting and easy to use, we are not always perfect. If you run into a problem, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We are happy to replace defective products and/or products within our Feel Good Rewards warranty period.

Proof of purchase indicating the date and location of your purchase is required when seeking a replacement. We are unable to refund or replace products without proof of purchase as well as a full name, shipping address, and telephone number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We understand you may change your mind after shopping with us: if for any reason your Yukooljewelry purchase is unsatisfactory, we accept returns within 30 days of the original date of purchase. If what you received is either damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Support team for help processing your warranty claim (see Repairs & Replacements).
Please note the Return Terms & Conditions below and be sure to keep your original receipt. We only accept returns for Yukooljewelry.com orders. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from a 3rd party retailer.
To start a return, enter your order number and email address at our Returns Center.

Return Terms & Conditions:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase from Yukooljewelry.com unless your purchase is defective or damaged (see Repairs & Replacements below).
• Returned merchandise must be in salable condition with the manufacturer’s original packaging.
• Save all packaging for any claims.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Accepted returns will incur a restocking fee of $5 per item.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The above time frame only applies to orders sent to the U.S. by standard shipping ("days" here is "business days")
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and delivery time frame.
- Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers and delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed slightly. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
- Holiday shipping: Due to certain U.S. and International Holidays, orders may take longer to ship out, especially in peak seasons.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
Shipping fee
Shipping charges are estimated due to your location and the order’s Weight. The minimum shipping fee will be $2.99.
Track order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
-For U.S. orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 7 days to display the tracking data after processing the order.
-For international orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 10 days to display the tracking data after processing the order.
If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with Yukooljewelry Support Team at Yukooljewelry@hotmail.com.
Order Not Received
Often, your package will be sitting at the local post office due to a missed delivery attempt.
Shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK, for example. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.
- For U.S. orders, if the package is not delivered successfully and has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or request to have the order be resent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking information is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
- For international orders, if the package is not delivered successfully and has been more than 45 days and tracking data shows, we will replace or refund these orders.

IMPORTANT:
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
We request a re-shipping fee for orders returned due to an incorrect address provided to resend your order.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

*Change shipping address
You can change the shipping address of your order within 2 hours after placing the order. To change the shipping address, please get in touch with Customer Service at

-We can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the production queue.
-We cannot change your shipping address from a domestic U.S. location to an International address and vice versa.
* International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges do not include in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
